How you’ll make an impact in this role
Join an established team of 45 + physicians
Call structure: 10-15 Shifts/Month
Practice setting: Inpatient
Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Driven Nocturnist managing a caseload of 8+ admissions per night
Provide comprehensive overnight clinical oversight for a 100-patient census
APP and RN cross-cover support on evening shifts
Productivity incentives: Mixed Model: 45% Salary/45% RVU/10% Quality
CME allowance + dedicated CME days
Malpractice coverage with tail
