Reinforced Concrete Fabrication Crew Member

Why this job?Typical overtime is 15–17 hours/week. At the $21.51 rate, overtime plus retirement contributions can add up to about $76,000–$80,000 per year; during your first 90 days it’s about $62,000–$65,000 annualized. Overtime varies with production and isn’t guaranteed.
What will you do?Work environment: outdoors/plant conditions—hot in summer, cold in winter, and not air conditioned. Lift 35+ lbs regularly. PPE required (hard hat, ear protection, steel-toe boots). We cover half the cost of your boots (up to two pairs per year) and provide rain/winter gear.
When will you work?Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. With overtime, expect roughly a 50-hour week plus some Saturdays. Early start, early finish.
