About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Associate to join our team. As a Lead Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve our processes and achieve our goals. Your skills will be essential in guiding and mentoring team members to reach their full potential. Ultimately, your contributions will be critical in driving the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor team members
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals
• Delivers outstanding customer service to all customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Serves as Manager on Duty for customer support needs
• Problem and Solution Expert for all Customer Experience concerns
• Key Holder for Store
• Assist with store maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization 
• Assist with inventory management and ordering
• Assist in training newly onboarded Team Members
• Assist with inventory management and ordering
• Assist with claims and GSR submittal
• Assist with Mailbox collections and growth
• Assist with various projects outlined by Store Leader

Skills:

As a Lead Associate, you will utilize your exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills on a daily basis. You will need to be able to effectively motivate a team, while also collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Overall, your skills will be essential in driving the success of our organization.

Shift:

Flex hours based on operational needs. Between 7:30am-7:30PM M-F 8:00AM-4:00PM Weekends
